- Cancellation made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled tour date: Guests are eligible for a full refund of the tour cost.
- Cancellation made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour date: Unfortunately, guests will not be eligible for a refund.
- No-shows: Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled tour without prior cancellation will be liable to pay their booking in full and will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refund Process: Refunds for cancellations made within the eligible timeframe will be processed promptly using the original method of payment.
- Weather-related cancellations: In the event that a tour must be canceled due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, Raro Fishing Charters reserves the right to offer alternative dates or a full refund, as per the guest’s preference.
- Rescheduling: Guests may request to reschedule their tour, subject to availability and within the terms outlined above for cancellations.
- Changes or modifications: Raro Fishing Charters reserves the right to make changes or modifications to the cancellation policy as deemed necessary. Any updates will be communicated promptly to affected guests.
