How it works

Three steps to a bent rod

  1. Book online

    Choose a trip, date and session. You get an email confirmation with everything you need.

  2. Meet us at Avatiu Wharf

    In town, opposite CITC supermarket. We will confirm your departure time before your trip.

  3. Head out and hook up

    The skipper finds the fish. Bring sunscreen, a hat and a light jacket, and we handle the rest.

Before you book

How do I book?

Book online through our booking page. You pay online and are booked in straight away, with your confirmation by email. Trips without a set price, such as private charters, are sent to us as a request and we reply with a quote. You can also call us on (682) 58608.

Is there a minimum group size?

Online bookings are for 2 people or more. If a trip has only 1 seat left, 1 person can book it. For a solo trip on another day, give us a call.

How much notice do you need?

Online bookings close 24 hours before departure. For a last-minute trip, call us and we will see what we can do.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

No deposit is needed. Payment is taken in full at checkout when you book online. Trips without a set price are paid once we have agreed a price with you. Prices are in NZD.
