Bookings
Book online, by phone or by email. Trips with a set price are confirmed straight away and your confirmation comes by email. Trips without a set price are enquiries, and we confirm once we have agreed a price with you.
Online bookings are for 2 people or more, unless only 1 seat is left on a trip. Online bookings close 24 hours before departure.
Payment
No payment is taken when you book online. We will let you know how and when to pay before your trip. All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
Cancellations and weather
If you need to cancel or change your booking, let us know as soon as you can by phone or email.
Trips depend on the weather and the sea. If the skipper decides it is not safe or comfortable to go out, we will move your trip to another day or give you a refund.
On board
The skipper is in charge on the water and has the final say on safety. Please follow the crew’s instructions and tell us about any medical conditions before you head out. Children are welcome with an adult.
Your catch
The catch is shared on the day. Talk to the skipper about what you would like to take home.
Privacy
We collect the name, email, phone and booking details you give us, and use them only to manage your booking and contact you about your trip. We never sell your details.
